    At IdentityTeee, select products are offered as made-to-order to reduce waste and support conscious, small-batch production. By purchasing a made-to-order item, you agree to the following terms:

    What Does Made-to-Order Mean?

    Made-to-order items are not pre-manufactured. Each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to ensure quality, customization, and sustainable practices.

    Production Timeline

    • Production typically takes between [14-21 business days], depending on the product.

    • Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page.

    • Delays may occur due to sourcing, fabric availability, or high demand, and we’ll notify you if this happens.
       

     

     

    Payment

    • Full payment is required at the time of order to begin the production process.

    • Because these items are made just for you, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
       

     

     

    Returns and Exchanges

    • Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

      • The item arrives damaged or defective

      • You receive the wrong item

     

    • If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
       

  • We offer uk and international shipping.
